Dragon Cup · For Glory & Gold · $250,000
World Championship · January 8–10, 2027 · Columbia, SC

The Wonders of The First World Championship, rebuilt so players and collectors chase the same crown. Never pay to win. Anyone can compete with an affordable deck. Collectors are rewarded for building exceptional collections.

Roles in the Wonders Universe

Two ways to hunt the crown.

A Stoneseeker rider

Stoneseekers

The players. Some battle only for fun; others compete for titles, recognition, and prestige. Some ride Dragons, entering the Cup as a Dragon Rider on behalf of a collector.

Dragon Hunters

The collectors. Hunters gather Dragon Scales (Wonders foil cards) to assemble the most powerful Dragon possible, stored in a Dragon Binder. Hunters enter tournaments themselves or appoint a Stoneseeker to ride for them, and team up in Hunting Clubs to collect together.

Dragon Power Point System

Every scale makes your Dragon stronger.

Assemble a valid Dragon by collecting at least 10,000 Dragon Points using cards from Existence, Call of the Stones, and Trial by Combat. Every foil card you collect earns points. Spread them across all the sets or focus on one. Autographs, Alt-Arts, Echoes, prize cards, and promos earn bonus points on top.

Yes… hunting a Dragon is challenging. It's supposed to be. That's why there are Hunting Clubs.

Good to Know

Before you register.

Binder check-in

Declare a point total for your binder at registration. Winning binders are audited after the event, so declare at or under your true total.

Playable decks

Your binder is locked for the duration of the event; competitive decks must be separate, additional copies. Official legal cards only, no proxies.

One Dragon per rider

A Stoneseeker can only ride one Dragon. Enter your own binder, or appoint a single rider to compete on your behalf.

A premium event

Hosted by Wonders itself, Shattering-style: premium game setups, lounge spaces, closed-circuit feeds, food and drink. A celebration of the whole ecosystem.
